He was born in 1982. He studied on a Bolashak scholarship at the University of Warwick, UK, majoring in Project and Programme Management.

He has a Master's degree in Management (KIMEP) and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance (Kazakh National University). He is a certified auditor.

Since September 2023, Deputy Director General of the Fund for the Development of Social Projects "Samruk-Kazyna Trust".

Since January 2017 has been working as the Financial Director of «SEC «Astana» JSC.

He held the position of senior audit expert at Ernst&Young. He was the Head of the Kazakhstan Content Development Department at MIID, as well as the Director of «Shymkent Innovations».

Ainur has 30 years of experience in developing new technologies in the field of information technology and energy.

For the last 13 years she has been engaged in RES development in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She has 10 years of public service experience in the Ministries of Environment and Energy.

Professional experience

Being the Director of the RES Department at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ainur participated in the establishment of the existing RES support system in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- determining the target indicators of RES sector development for 2020, 2030 and 2050;

- establishing a scheme for the purchase and sale of RES and creating a single buyer of renewable energy;

- developing and approving the standard form of the PPA agreement;

- calculating and approving fixed tariffs for various RES technologies;

- establishing an auction mechanism to select RES projects.

She has extensive experience of interaction with state institutions, local executive bodies, major international RES investors, international financial organizations (EBRD, ADB, EDB, ABII IFC), international organizations (UNDP, IRENA, USAID, UNIDO, DENA).

Ainur has experience in organizing and conducting large international events, including as a speaker, moderator.

Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, as well as a master's degree in economics from Pavlodar State University, has more than 24 years of experience in the financial sector, including 18 years of experience in management positions and 3 years of experience in the field of corporate governance and captive funds in Society.

Has experience in leadership work as Deputy Director (Front Office Manager) of the branch of the joint stock company "Bank CenterCredit" (hereinafter referred to as BCC) in the city of Pavlodar from 2005 to 2010, Director of the BCC Branch in the city of Semey from 2010 to 2015, head of the branch Joint Stock Company "Kcell" in the cities of Semey, Aktobe and Astana from 2013 to 2020, and Corporate Secretary, Director of the Captive Funds Department and Managing Director in the Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC from 2021 to the present.
