Has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, development institutions, and private equity. Previously served as Director of the Project Management Department at the “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects” NJSC, and as a Senior Manager of the Investment Department at “BV Management” LLP — the management company for private equity and venture funds, including “Baiterek Venture Fund” JSC. He also held the positions of Deputy Head of the Project Directorate and Senior Banker in the Client Relations Directorate at “Development Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC, as well as Project Manager at “Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership” JSC.

He is a graduate of T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University (Almaty), Faculty of International Economic Relations. Holds an MBA in International Finance and Banking obtained through a joint program between the Swiss Business School (SBS, Zurich) and the International Business School (IBS) under KazEU.
